Beetham Tower
Project Brief:
Located along Liverpool’s waterfront, Beetham tower stands at 30 storeys high and contains luxury apartments, the Liverpool Radisson SAS and new business premises.
The involvement of Total Access UK Ltd in the maintenance of this prestigious building includes re-certification of rooftop safety systems, and window cleaning.
The installed roof safety systems were tested in accordance with the relevant British Standards to ensure safe working at height. Our engineers are fully approved to install, inspect, re-test and re-certify each type of system – in this case a horizontal Latchways system and abseil rail.
Total Access UK Ltd specialises in safe working in areas of limited access; much of our inspection work is undertaken either utilising roped access or confined spaces entry techniques.
