IRATA at 20!

2008 will see the twentieth year of operation within the work-at-height industry for the Association. The first formal meeting of IRATA was held in 1989 so in twenty years on there will be various events and actions to mark the anniversary. The IRATA annual accident statistics report for 2007 has shown that, for the second year, in excess of two million hours were worked by IRATA member companies on ropes last year; the same amount that were undertaken in the first six years of the Association
