The main campaign activity will take place in October and November but you can visit the new interactive home page that will transport you to the guidance you need to reduce the likelihood of serious accidents.
The campaign website contains six Information Sheets covering the basics of preventing falls; specifying the right equipment; selecting vehicle flooring materials and footwear as well as managing work for reducing fall risks and delivering safely.
There are also 12 case studies giving examples of good practice from industry. They show how a range of companies including a supermarket, steel suppliers and a waste management firm have tried to reduce injuries due to falls from vehicles.
Even if they don't show the type of vehicle you use, take a look at them all and see if the good ideas others have found can be adapted to your situation.
There are posters for vehicle buyers and transport managers, a pocket card for workers and much good advice on what you can do to prevent falls from vehicles.
