The introduction of the Working at Height Regulations in 2005 still remains a cause of confusion across all industries on how to deal with Height related work efficiently, safely and cost effective.
Total Access (UK) Limited provides a full range of Height Safety Support Services to ensure that Property Owners and Property Management Companies fully satisfy the requirements of the regulations.
Our Property Health Check service initiates a team of highly trained Height Safety Consultants to conduct a workplace assessment of the Working at Height activities within your site, and produces a full audit report in line with the requirements of the associated legislation.
A full review of your site documentation including Safe Systems of Work, Method Statements, Permits to Work at Height and Rooftop Access Security Management are also included.
Following the report, Total Access will work with you to assess your requirements and develop a strategic plan to implement the action points in a controlled, cost effective manner.
