How to Order

All orders can be placed online through the Website. Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.

Acceptance of Order

No order placed by you shall be deemed to be accepted by Total Access (UK) Ltd until a written acknowledgement of your order is issued by Total Access or (if earlier) Total Access delivers the goods to you.

Method of Payment

You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, Solo, JCB or VisaElectron. We are unable to accept cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Total Access for incorrect, or incomplete, details submitted on the website. Orders without this information will not be successfully processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases. We will take payment in GB pounds (£) and your payment card will be charged accordingly at the exchange rate at the time of payment taken.

Out-of-Stock

If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address or by post. Out-of –stock goods marked ‘To Follow’ on your delivery note will be forwarded automatically- you don’t need to contact us again.

Pricing Policy

VAT & The EU, All products on our website are priced in pounds sterling and EXCLUDE EU VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate.

The price you pay is the price displayed on the final order form, once all relevent taxes and shipping have been added, at the time we receive your order apart from following exceptions:

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Total Access (UK) Ltd is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. This includes but is not limited to prices, datasheets, videos and listed products.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods in stock as quickly as possible, however for a guaranteed delivery date please contact us.The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.

At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so any delivery to such an address will not be able to be processed.

We only deliver to mainland United Kingdom on orders placed through our website. The country can not be changed from the United Kingdom, and for orders placed with delivery addresses outside of this area we reserve the right to either contact you to agree on an ammended delivery cost or cancel the order.

Return of Goods Policy

Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if we dispatch the wrong item. This must be within 7 days after receipt of goods.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted, then they can be returned to us providing they are unused within 7 days of the purchase order for a repayment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable.* (*This applies to internet and mail-order sales to consumers only.)

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being significantly incorrect, then they can be returned for a repayment (including delivery charge) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.

With the exception of faulty goods, items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.) Custom or Personalised items are not returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellation Policy

We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy outlined above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Complaints

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. Alternatively, you may telephone us on 01785 850333, 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday: Except Bank Holidays. We aim to acknowledge any emailed or mailed complaint within 7 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case
