Course Aim:
To provide delegates with the knowledge and practical experience to enable them to use basic personal suspension techniques within the theatre environment.

Day 1
• Working at height legislation review.
• Personal Suspension Equipment – inspection & use.
• Risk Assessment.
• Anchor point selection.
• Knots.
• Rigging of ropes for rescue.
• Basic manoeuvres (ascent & descent)
Day 2
• Review of basic manoeuvres
• Deviations
• Rope to rope transfer
• Snatch rescue
• Rescue from anchor points
Day 3
• Review of skills and assessment
